TESTIMONIALS
"As a result of Frances' coaching, I feel more excited, encouraged, and confident about my future!"
Frances is a wonderful communicator, very empathetic, an excellent listener, and a wonderful, gifted nurse coach. Her line of questioning is thoughtful, purposeful, and inspires deeper examination. She has a charming way of digging deeper that is not threatening and inspires openness and sharing.
Working with Frances was not only a joy, but also productive for my own growth. Questions and topics that might have shut me down when posed by other people, resulted in the opposite response when presented by Frances. She is warm, kind and non threatening, and her questions come from a place of caring and curiosity. I opened up and shared thoughts and concerns I have about long-held perspectives that were not true and were holding me back.
Through her coaching, I was able to explore how these negative or limiting perspectives were holding me back and contributing to a negative view of myself. Her process really improved my self-confidence and comfort with taking risks and challenging misperceptions. I feel much better about my goals and decisions now.
I have the ability to accomplish my goals and be successful. She guided me towards this realization, and I'm profoundly grateful.

" I recommend Frances' coaching to individuals seeking clarity and direction in their personal lives, as well as to anyone who wants to develop a stronger mindset for success."
The guidance was incredibly helpful in resetting my lifestyle habits and getting closer to meaningful goals, and I think others motivated to improve would find it just as valuable.

Frances came into my life when I was struggling with healing from 2 falls. My biggest concern at the time was my lack of energy. Through Frances' coaching, I started practicing realistic goals to reach my desired outcome.
I have slowly but consistently learned skills that have taught me not only how to eat better and more nutritionally, but to organize the chaos I was having in my life. Frances helped me get back in sync with the life I am meant to lead for which I am grateful.

"I recommend her to anyone who needs a ‘jump start’ in making health changes, especially seniors."
In March of this year, Frances let me know she was starting a health coaching business and asked if I would be interested in volunteering as one of her initial clients. At the time, I was trying to motivate myself to become more active after the long Northwest winter and after a recent health scare.
I can’t say I was completely enthusiastic initially, given my tendency to be fairly sedentary and reluctant to try something new at 74. I had already been more mindful about food choices, but felt kind of stuck as far as what I could do next to increase my energy and motivate myself further.
Frances was very respectful of my reluctance and apprehension about making major changes. She was inquisitive about the types of changes I was interested in making, accepting of the ways I felt comfortable being active, and she educated me about food options I had not considered. She is adept at gentle exploration and supportive of any attempts I make.
At this point in my journey, I am continuing with mindful eating, have increased the amount of walking I do, and have joined a YMCA that offers water exercise classes. I look forward to attending 3 times per week and can tell that my balance is better, my energy level has increased, and I feel more confident in my body.
I am looking forward to building on this foundation and feel confident that Frances will be there to reassure me should I need further encouragement and coaching.

"Thank you so much for letting me be part of your coaching program! I appreciate your time, experience, and wisdom! Before I started working with you, I was struggling to find a balance in my health, social, physical, and spiritual activities. You listened very well and made me feel valued. You gave me very good advice in so many areas. My biggest take away was learning to regulate my stress levels (both positive and negative) by managing my daily and weekly calendar better. I learned that scheduling rest is very important for all areas of my life. I also learned that my level of productivity does not equal my success. There have been events that have come up that I have declined because even though they may have been good activities, they would push me to a level of exhaustion or unbalance of stress."
